Your trust matters to me, and that includes how I look after your personal information. This page explains, in plain language, what I collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who I am

This website belongs to Suravi Ghosh, a coach based in Indonesia who works with clients online and in person. If you have any questions about your information, please email me at [email protected].

What information I collect

I only collect information you choose to share with me, and only what I need:

• When you email me or sign up: your name, your email address, and anything you write in your message.
• When you book a discovery call: your name, email address, time zone, and any answers you give in the booking form.
• When you become a client: your contact details, notes from our sessions, your goals, and the results of any assessments you complete, such as the HeartMath^® Stress and Well-being Assessment or the Positive Intelligence^® Saboteur Assessment.
• When you pay: payments are handled by a secure payment provider or your bank. I don’t see or store your full card or bank details.
• When you visit this website: the website platform may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, through cookies. See “Cookies” below.

How I use your information

• to reply to your messages and questions
• to respond to your sign-up and let you know when discovery calls open
• to arrange and deliver our sessions, and to send invoices and session reminders
• to keep simple records, as required for running a business
• to understand how visitors use this website so that I can improve it

Updates and offers only with your permission. I will only send you my newsletter, updates, or offers if you have clearly said yes to receiving them. Signing up for the ebook or booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing emails automatically. You can change your mind at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by replying to tell me.

Your consent

I use your information based on your consent, or because I need it to provide the coaching you have asked for. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me. Withdrawing is as simple as giving it, and it won’t affect anything that happened before.

Confidentiality in coaching

What you share in our sessions stays between us. I will not share it with anyone without your permission, except in the rare case that the law requires it, or if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

In group sessions, I ask everyone to respect each other’s privacy and keep what others share within the group.

Who I share information with

I never sell or rent your personal information. I only use a small number of trusted services to run my business, and they handle your information under their own privacy policies:

• my email provider, to send and receive emails
• a scheduling tool (such as Calendly), to book calls
• a video platform (such as Google Meet, Zoom), for online sessions
• a payment provider or bank, for payments
• my website platform, to run this website
• the HeartMath^® Institute or Positive Intelligence^®, only when you take one of their assessments

Because I work with clients in many countries, some of these services may store information outside your own country. I choose well-known providers that take data protection seriously.

How long I keep your information

• Sign-ups and inquiries: until you ask me to remove you, or for up to two years after we were last in touch.
• Client records: for up to 3 months after our coaching ends, after which I delete them securely, unless the law requires me to keep them longer.

Keeping your information safe

I keep your information in password-protected accounts and devices, and I only share it as described above. No online system is completely secure, but I take care to protect your information. If a data breach ever affected you, I would let you know promptly.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

• show you the information I hold about you
• correct anything wrong
• delete your information
• stop sending you emails
• withdraw your consent at any time

This website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, the HeartMath^® Certified Directory and published articles. I’m not responsible for how those websites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies, so no cookie banner is required. It loads Google Fonts, whose servers may receive basic technical request information when the font is delivered. If non-essential cookies or analytics are added later, I will update this policy and provide any required choices.

Coaching is for adults.

My services are for adults aged 18 and over. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
